Are pieces limited?

       Not all pieces are limited. 

What is a pre-order?

    Pre-order secures your piece before production or shipment. Full payment is required.

Will sold-out pieces return?

    Some may or may not return. 

Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Can I return or exchange my order?

     All sales are final. Exchanges are only for verified defects within FIVE days.

How should I care for my pieces?

   Store in the dust bag, avoid moisture, direct heat, and sharp objects.
