Refund policy

  JOAN LOIS – 

        1. Limited Edition & Pre-Order Policy  

         JOAN LOIS pieces are produced in limited quantities and, in certain cases, made-to-order.

  • Pre-orders are final. No refunds. No Exchanges. 


    2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    In accordance with applicable consumer protection law:

    If an item is:

    • Defective

    • Damaged upon delivery

    • Not as described

    • Incorrectly supplied 

       

      The customer must notify JOAN LOIS within 7 days of your purchase with photo evidence.  

      Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with  its original packaging. Clearly state the purpose of your return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Upon verification, JOAN LOIS will offer a replacement. 


      3. Change of Mind 

      JOAN LOIS does not offer refunds for 

      • Change of mind 

      • Incorrect selection

      • Personal preference

      • Delay attributable to third-party logistics providers.


        4. International Orders

        For international customers:

        • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are paid by the customers if necessary

        • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer unless the return arises from JOAN LOIS’ breach of contract or supply of defective goods.
